So I still don’t understand the appeal of all this... is this similar to the glorification of gangsters like Bugsy Siegel and Al Capone? Is part of the appeal of this 69 person because he has connections to the criminal underworld similar to how Frank Sinatra had ties to mafia members?

Unlike Sinatra, this persons “music” sounds like gibberish and makes no sense. After listening to this 69 I think he may have mental retardation. Is the appeal because he has Down Syndrome and still makes music? Are people into this because they feel sorry for him?
