Lasty I'll show 2 examples of a debt to equity conversion.
First we have Wilbur "King Of Bankruptcies" Ross who previously worked for the Rothschilds before venturing on his own as a debt raider.
>he acquired Burlington Industries by buying up a significant amount of it's unsecured bonds aka Class 6 beating out even Berkshire Hathaway.

Next is Eddie Lampert who bought up Kmart's bonds (class 6) and was able to take it over.

These two guys are worth billions btw. They're experts at debt raiding which Ryan Cohen is doing right now.
