Pythagoras had techniques and methods
I've developed my own but it's hard to explain
I did it in another thread but it takes diagrams to show
essentially one easy technique to practice is to trace out concentric circles where one fist makes a smaller circle and the other fist traces a larger concentric circle around the smaller one and to spin your arms in opposite directions
because they're going in opposite directions you'll need to synchronize your movements so that one fist is above the other on the top part of the circle and vice versa on the bottom part of the circle motion
there are 4 permutations of this technique that stress your motor skills and can immediately improve your ambidexterity if you master them
if you practice enough you should be able to achieve all 4 motions in a day or two
I've shown this to people IRL and had them practice, they noticed changes once they learned it
