Hey /biz/, I'm an amateur game dev about to put out their first major product in the next few months after some polishing and I was looking for some advice.

There was only two people involved with the actual production of the game and we aren't expecting a HUGE volume of sales since it's our first game but we have plans for other games in the future. I guess my question is is there a certain breakpoint where becoming an LLC would be a good idea or should I not even bother with 2 people essentially making games out of a basement?

So I'm B.S. Chemist in (greater) NYC turning 24 worked for 2 years and 2 years of undergrad work, and I want to break into finance. I want to be an Equity Research Associate or Analyst and probably move around from there.

Ik that getting a CFA level 1 ain't shit, but I think by level 2 given my background in chemistry and the fact that I know the field from the inside and still keep in touch/network with chemists gives me a special in with pharma and specialty materials.

My main questions are, will I still get passed on given that I don't have a financial background apart from certs? Is it a good idea to get more certs like the securities license 6 (7) 24 55 63 idk which of them are relevant but ik that 7 can't be done without a sponsor.
