Why will the demand for ICX will increase when it's only used for settling transactions from other blockchains. Yes there is an AI mechanism designed to stabilize the price of ICX, however ICX price is still tied to ETH and the price of ETH changes around, drops, goes up all the time sometimes 15% or more a day.

Why will insurance, healthcare, banks etc. be okay with this? How are they meant to deal with ICX if it has these issues aren't they taking on unnecessary risk?
