How are some people so social? I work with a guy that will talk to literally anyone and hit it off, he just talks to anyone and moves in and out of any social group, he even gets along with me and I don't like people.

At work all the IT wagies were talking about how they're gonna get rich off of Bitcoin and large cap alts. Should I go to work tomorrow?

Just started a new job and my employers, (Direct Boss and HR) tried to keep from me whether or not I'm salaried or paid by the hour. Looks like they're trying to avoid paying overtime as well as avoid giving any of the benefits of a salaried position. Really they should have to recreate my contract immediately to classify me as either or. But aside from that are there any good ways to benefit from this situation? I basically caught them being unethical and trying to screw me.
