Apparently it takes 2-4 years for the SEC to do an investigation, most ICOs that got reported in 17/18 will probably have suits coming out in 2021. Litecoin is treated like Bitcoin so it will not be effected by any of this stuff, perhaps it will absorb the alts leading a new ratio ATH? Just a thought.

When eth2.0 comes out with staking it sounds like dividends by SEC standards, they may go for it next with regulation. #2 will be open for the taking if this happens and with miners leaving eth2.0 for etc there will be a vacuum, also with all these ICOs getting suits.
