Anyone here from spain (barcelona)?

Im terrified of being homeless after my dad passes. I dont want to think about it and I dont want to talk about it with my dad, but the tax on inheritance here is huge and if you can't pay it, you have to resign and they steal EVERYTHING.

I don talk much to my dad those days, my sister does from to time, but anyway, he has this:

-2 flats (me and my mom live in one, he lives on the other)
-3 locals (one is a restaurant, 2 are empty and I think one is hired to some chinese people)
-around 7 parking spots
-an old mercedes

I think all of this amounts to near 1 million €. I've asked some people, and I was told I would need to pay around 300k€ of tax, which I don't have, so I would be homeless.

I have near 50k ive made with a youtube channel... and now im worried about lossing my channel due COPPA (I do animation). So everything has aligned and im going throught a terrible time, as i also just learned about how they are going to raise the inheritance tax even more because communists are comming in power.

My question is, anyone knows what can be done about it? I know some people make societies to avoid taxes but that seems some rich people stuff and we'll caught doing it and make things even worse.

I just dont know how to talk about this with my dad specially you have this typical relationship that is almost non exist, but man, this is an huge problem.

If I lose my revenue from my animation channel I will have no revenue, and im a 30 yo with no job experience. I finally landed a way to make money doing something I enjoy and I was getting good at it but I see it all crumbling down and I feel too fucking depressed. Ive always been depressed, until I started making money with my animations and now i cant even do that. And im also worried the FTC will sue me for not making my videos as for kids so I can keep making money and steal all of my savings so I will have even less money to pay for inhertance tax. Someone help.

There is a period of grace where you pay 50€ the first 6 months or i think up to 1 year, so this means you are fucked if you are not making 300+ in a year otherwise you are lossing money. It's like the state chooses your business is not viable after 1 year. I understand before creating a business you should have a planning etc, but online gains are different. It's like the state doesn't want you make that kind of money (0-300€) for a long period. They hate that NEETs like me can live with their parents and enjoy ad revenue. Fuck them, im not paying shit. Im going to create my bank account, state that's a familiar account, and get the payments and pray that I don't get buttfucked.
