I started the pandemic by drinking and getting high more but realized that it wouldn't lead anywhere good and quit cold turkey in July.

There was a point around May where i was doing blow every weekend and drinking 4 days a week.

Almost 8 months clean now and I've lost 15 lbs, gained a lot of muscle from lifting, have read at least 2 books a month, and have a better relationship with my wife.

I'm not saying all substances are bad and you need to quit completely but if the amount your ingesting is starting to trouble you, you might benefit from a break.

You know why you hate "niggers" and "jews" but tolerate asians and hispanics and all those other bitch races? Because niggers and jews threaten you. Black people REFUSE to kiss whiteys ass the way asians and hispanics do which caused black men to be considered number 2 in racial status (very close to being number 1, honestly. give it a generation) and Jews outright outperform whites at "white tactics." So when you get all racist and try to hurt my feelings online I see it for what it really is. A sign of fear and respect.
