It will be a nothing burger in the sense that nothing will change immediately. Retards seem to think that hand shakes between political leaders will instantly change the currency in our pockets. All anyone should care about is seeing the formal agreement between these nations to start building one to replace the USD. If that doesn't happen, then we will have to wait until next year to see if it will happen then.

As a side note, it will be interesting to see what development will happen now that Chinese real estate firm recently filed for bankruptcy.

BRICS being a threat to the USD is still a long fucking way from happening. The only genuine threat that is coming up is that BRICS is being officially taken to its next stage as an alternative to the USD. We've still got time to stack, but the time is ticking. After this conference in August we will have an idea what stage it will be at.
