I think SETF got its start on pol, and the consistent deletion by jannies caused a Streisand effect.
For those who don't know, SETF stands for Silver Ends The Fed, and the basic premise is that the dollar is propped up by the manipulation of precious metals, chiefly silver. The conclusion is that a short squeeze on silver would lead to a spike in interest rates and bond yield, popping the debt market hyper bubble and crashing the entire financial system.
Considering that manipulation of precious metals has been proven in court multiple times, I think these things stand a good chance of being true.
