What strategies do you employ to stay focused and be productive while you're burned out?

So, now that people are starting to realize that deflation is the major issue, how long until that reverses? I'd like to stack more GLDM and Barrick GOLD but there may be much more downside than upside for the short and mid-term time horizon.
