i have a business management degree, and i can probably get the certified management accountant (CMA) credential if it's worth it. I essentially handle the books, payroll, and vendor payments for a company that does about $7m/yr, so I'm kind of the controller? I do just about everything here. How likely is it to get a comfy $100k/yr job doing non-financial /tax accounting?

I feel like I'm at a crossroads. I have experience to pursue project management, or some type of accounting role. Seems like the best two options in front of me.

dividend irrelevance is irrelevant in the way that you're trying to use it. dividend irrelevance is just saying that a company's decision to pay dividends or not doesn't significantly affect its value or total return to investors. at least dividends provide cash flow and grow overtime so you don't have to sell it to see a return.

Long story shirt, I'm pursuing legal action from an accident. It messed up a few discs in my spine. I can get like 50K now, or should I get a discectomy for an extra 100K. Apparently it's a minimal procedure but I'm pretty afraid of surgery so it's stressing me out. I'm also pretty relatively young. What's the right move is here.
