I have $50 in BitStamp IOUs on Xumm that has been clear for days.
I can make transactions using the XUMM swap exchange no prob.

BUT when I try to place small test limit orders using the toolkit, I get the error "insufficient funds" (signed successfully on XUMM)

I would appreciate some ideas.
There is no information online anywhere and I've been trying to figure it out for days.
