Adding those two strategies together, a 152% yearly return.
>Also: Even if the stock drops 10%, you still earn money because the premiums > capital loss ($1.4 is greater than ($10 - $9). The stock needs to $8.6 for you to BREAK EVEN, and even below that if you are going to start losing.

And if you doubt this strategy, just look up option quotes for stocks. You can pick any stock, sell an IN-THE-MONEY covered call and make 3% monthly returns, so this is easily possible.

I'll simply it in one sentence:
>Buy stocks and immediately sell calls on it that you know will be exercised in a month because the strike price is lower than the market price. At the end of the month your stocks will automatically be sold and you'll have your principal + 4% because the premiums you get will dwarf the capital loss and you'll make a high return just repeating this.

job hop around every 2-3 years until you're working at a top company

try to avoid being too technical and take every opportunity you can to demonstrate leadership potential

once you get promoted to the lowest level of manager, start looking for a smaller company you can move to, where they'll pay you the same amount of money but give you a much loftier leadership position, where you're not stuck doing shitty middle management.

put your feet up on your desk and collect tendies.

My advice is to always do the exact opposite that the current sentiment of /biz/ would imply for you to do.

Current sentiment seems cautiously bullish so I recommend cautious shorts. I get the sense DOW will likely drop or rise a bit tomorrow, definitely won't jump as much as today, but the rally might completely whimper and die which will make the lucky vultures that take my advice insanely rich even with a cautious short.

alright biz, enough wagekek pity threads, lets start a thread of active things we can do RIGHT NOW to get smarter and gain a competitive advantage against all the chads and roasties we're competing with. Personally I'm requesting good youtube channels on economics/finance/trading, but feel free to contribute whatever content or media recommendations for people to grow and get smarter. this time in the bear market is our time to sharpen our tiny ass wojak brains to give us an edge so we're ready when the next bull market comes.

TLDR
None of the above stated matters. What does is this: you will make it anon. You're not an early adopter, those times are gone. Those anons already made it. And you will too. Those proud anons are now generals in this game or have transcended humanity altogether. You are the new wave of soldiers navagating this dangerous battlefield we call crypto. Whether you're a linkfag, arkfag, skyfag, btcfag, bchfag, it doesnt matter. We will find that coin that makes us rich. Beyond our wildest imagination, to the literal moon. Because you browsed 4chan but more specifically, because you browsed /biz/

>I love you anon

Biz, should employers take into account the taxes/living costs of a certain area when figuring out salaries for employees?

ie my boss tells me I should be happy with my pay, and that i'm getting $25-27 an hour depending on hitting goals for bonus. However, I live in one of the top 5 most expensive cities in the US, and of course one of the highest taxed cities in the us (Seattle), so really coming out to about $20/hr. Keep in mind minimum wage here is $15/hr. I'm an operations manager (was promoted after a short time) at a startup working a stressful as shit job always having to put out fires, constantly on the phone with clients probably 40-60 calls a day (thankfully no cold calls), my weekend is in the middle of the week, only 12 days PTO per year (w blackouts), and have to work on holidays, AND no benefits. the thing is i really love this company and believe in it, but i just feel like i'm getting totally fucked pay wise. what does biz think?

>implying any of you neets actually have jobs.

Am dutch. Define "IT expert". A good software engineer is taken away by big companies in no-time. I've had to tell recruiters over 20 times I am still in college. Yeah a MBO degree won't get you far. A good, respectable software engineering degree will be hired in no-time.
