creg lied, forged papers, stole IP of Daves, defrauded Daves heirs (Ira/family) and then lied through his teeth about it, for months. And any sane person would have filed suit against this arsehole by that stage, just on principle. It cost Ira $400 to file the case - the remainder of the costs ($149,600 on Iras side alone to date) comes entrely from cregs further lies, perjury, fraud and bullshitting around. The Judge(s) agree. And thats why the fat fraud had to pay the costs.
These costs also bear little relationship to the nature of the trial and the fact that which they arguing over does not, in the main, exist. But the costs are all cregs own fault. He's an inveterate arsehole, and being this before a court gets expensive. Ira never had any interest in nChain or BSV, initially, despite being told from the beginning, creg was a potless pisshead, the IP ended up at nChain and he'd be better of chasing the organ grinder than the drunk monkey. He's getting there now tho. Slowly, but surely.

All sides have now agreed, Muh Sekrit witness testimony can be taken and marked as Confidential.
Who muh sekrit witness is remains, of course, a mystery. He is however male, heavily involved somehow with the fat fraud and associated shenanigans, currently resides in California, prone to hysteria (moidah!) and appears to have been actively attempting to avoid providing testimony for the last few months. Having definitely not read any other posts in this thread, can't guess at all who this mystery gentleman might be. Not least as naming him probably land you before a Judge as well.
