The tax is levied only on income, if you prove that you're cashing out capital gains (sold crypto on an exchange, sold stocks/etf on a broker, recieved dividends/royalties) then there's no tax whatsoever.
You also NEED to have an account in Malta just to show tax authorities that you live there and spend on things like groceries, rent and utility bills; the money you deposit on the account MUST come from sources above IF you don't want to pay taxes on it, OTHERWISE any amount that comes in has to be taxed.

With everything going on in defi right now and with thousands of people trying to give him inside information and doing 40+hours of research each week, Stake is the best he can do. It's crap dude. And his position sizing is retard tier too.

LowIQcel here. Can someone explain shorting and longing?

I registered in CB pro. How does it work?

I know short means making money on the way down, long means making money on the way up.

I know that your positions can be liquidated if they get too high and you are shorting, or if they get too low and you are longing.

My questions would be:

-How does this marging get set? Like lets say you want to short right now. Can you set any price? Like, stat shorting at 9000. Where do you get liquidated? how is this set? It depends on the amount of leverage?

-What would happen if you get lucky and long the absolute bottom? Lets say we bottom at 1k after everyone kills themselves, and someone sets a long x100 there or whatever maximun long, nails it. 3 years later, we are at 300k coin. Can coinbase really pay that much money?

And the opposite: what if BTC literally died and you starte a short from 20k and it went to 0? You get infinite money?

Bitcoinfag here. Is there any decent chart websites for stocks? I want to monitor Vanguard Global Index. Something like bitcoinwisdom.io would do

Anyone here from Spain?

Should I go with Amundi for a global stock index exposure or is it worth it buying Vanguard?

https://www.morningstar.es/es/funds/snapshot/snapshot.aspx?id=F0GBR04SKK

https://www.morningstar.es/es/funds/snapshot/snapshot.aspx?id=F00000T66U

Im asking because my bank already ofers me Amundi so I would need to open an account in another place to buy Vanguard

My secondary question is: Would you diversify between more index funds? What's the point? The global ones already have a reasonable diversification, so I wonder why people bother with buying different funds divided by continents, like one for US, other for Europe, a Pacific one (basically Japan)... why?

Also, how much should I put in variable income vs fixed income? Im 30 and have around 150k to invest.

Im gonna buy BTC too for a lower amount because I would like a shoot at being rich before im 100 years old (for me making it is basically having 20k€ yearly passively), so I guess I need around 1.000.000€... and I may have to sacrify still living with my mom for that since I can't spend my capital on a house if I want to make passive income.. just lol.
