It is possible to test yourself quick and accurate for silver content. Any dealership does it when you try to sell them your pots and cutlery, it involves scratching the item and testing the filing with acids on a stone plate. The colour will give you an idea if you have copper with electoplated silver infront of you or any kind of silver alloy.
If the latter, there are special acid solutions to test for the most common alloys like 625 and 925 silver (sterling).
Once you are in the business of buying silver products you will develope an eye for the most obvious scams anyways, personally I can smell a cheap copper plate a mile away.
Also I think there should be french silver coins available locally, unless the commies took them all. That would be the easiest solution to stack silver if possible.

premiums always matter, its a simple exchange from worthless paper money to metal.

I only buy Wiener Philharmoniker if the price is right, meaning the premium is lower than 1kg Lunar II, Koala, Kookaburra and lower than any 1oz standard coin.

The best looking 1oz standard coin on the market today is the 2021 Britannia, Maples are okay too, I like the look of silver Krugerrands aswell.
American Silver Eagles are horrifically overpriced for whatever reason, so I never added to my single tube I bought 2017.
Ideally I would stack 10oz coins exclusively, it just has the right size, not too small, not too big.
