The absolute minimum development time for a vaccine on record was about 2.5 years, and that's easy mode. Covid is a derivative of SARS, and we have been trying to make a vaccine for that (and ANY corona virus for that matter) for 20 years with no success. Everytime that they think they have a SARS vaccine it gives the test monkeys pseudo-AIDS and kills them. There will be no vaccine. The economy is still shuttered. The Fed is now openly discussing YCC. There have been no changes in the fundamentals.
