American banking giant Morgan Stanley has predicted a dire end to the bitcoin phenomenon, comparing it to the tech bubble of 2000. But this time, according to the bank, events will escalate much faster.

>Let's get all these stupid fucking normies to sell their bitcoins so we can buy them back cheap because we were too stupid to realize the potential of it when it started taking off

The main difference between "the crypto bubble" and the dotcom bubble is that when companies go bankrupt, they get liquidated and de-listed on exchanges, then wiped from existence. Bitcoin will never stop existing, which means that as soon as the price starts collapsing down to the gutter, it won't get liquidated, it won't go bankrupt and it won't get de-listed, and people will start buying it on the cheap again.
