Nah, that's Karsan's partner, Morgan Olsen which is a spinoff of Grumman. The former is a roach company, so I don't think they'll have the tailwind that F + OSK.

USPS has been pretty open about splitting the contract. There is A LOT of political pressure from Dems to electrify public sector vehicles. CA has a huge subsidy program for that specifically. GOP has a lot of, if only feigned, interest in USDM. Speaking on the CA part of my thesis, there was an MoU signed by 15 states recently modelling their electrification goals after the CARB program.
