DEFI scammers would just swap back ETH into a clean address then. This is also what ransomware or hackers stealing funds do by moving back into BTC. XMR now is gaining in utility and adoption itself. With the adoption uptrend coupled with smooth downtrend in inflation rate, the price will continue to appreciate with strong support. Eventually people will start realizing XMR provides both a store of value and great utility with much better SecOps and performance than BTC which may already be happening.

bullish as this is 90% of my portfolio. Really depends on the demand on how much appreciation we will have in value but all signs show that the demand is not abating. Record number of active BTC addresses and players announcing they are entering the space. XMR has almost 3X the transactions it had at the beginning of the year, is the only crypto that is accepted by the largest DarkNet market (3rd party BTC support) and the volume is growing every month.
