I feel like that's a really damaging position they take though. You're not allowed to try and keep facts facts because people don't like it, but at the same time they are the ones diluting words which is arguably more harmful. Being able to differentiate teenagefuggers and pre-teen molestor is arguably a good thing. Sometimes I see claims like "person who had sex with 17 year old is a pedophile" when that is legal most places and certainly not pedophilic. All it does is dilute a term which means that next time you hear someone is a pedophile it's easier to assume he "just" had sex with an older teen as opposed to maybe he was kidnapping eight year olds like a sick fuck.
Yet when you try to keep them seperate for everyone's benefit, you're the bad guy... We live in a society...
