here is a good cheat, but you need an initial investment:

step 1:
>find job you want
>go to online application
>tailor resume to have keywords that reflect the language in the application
>even if your prior experience is pretty far off what the actual job does, shape it into the exact phrases used in the application
step 2:
>find local/online university. not total garbage but doesn't have to be great either
>assuming you have a bachelors in related field, sign up for 1 or 2 master's courses (look for "graduate certificate" it's easier to get into) in the degree of the field you are applying to
>once you get in, immediately add these two courses and the university AND the Master's degree at the TOP OF YOUR RESUME
boom, you now apply as a prospective MS with experience in the field
