I understand your view point but I think property tax is important since land is finite therefore you should be constantly be producing value in order to maintain it. The fact that it land is a tangible part of meat space also means it’s unlikely you could ever get away without paying a tax if you are living in civilization. Imo you should have property tax and use/consumption tax on luxury goods but no income tax. Any other needs should be gathered by tariffs, etc.
