I hate this but you need to eat meat to be healthy unfortunately. I usually try to buy from producers who keep their animals in humane conditions though.

I like HAUTO from Norway. It pays nice dividend usually and the stock itself went up over 300% in the last 5 years.
Current dividend yield is very high due to special dividend last year. Normally it's single digit %.

A higher jobless rate is music to wall street's ears. They think it's a cure for inflation. The higher the jobless rate, the more likely Jerome Powell will lower interest rates. If he does lower, there definitely will be another bull market. This is one of the multitude of reasons why I am politically and morally opposed to wall street.
