Say you're using support to set your stops, first theoretical support down from here is the old resistance at ~86.50. Below that you're looking at anywhere down to 78.60 or so. If you want to do a semi knife catch here and on expectation of that 86 level holding, with stop loss set a hair below, that relatively small risk. I prefer to wait until after support has been tested and held, with volume returning to the buy side on the rebound, enter thereabouts. I'm not a day trader and I look for entries on things that may hold a rising trend for a while from my entry.
