Serious question: do you think that you'd have a long, happy life with her if you left that job? You could probably make that amount of money elsewhere, but would you be happy staying with her? If you think you'd resent her or that it wouldn't work in the future, then take the job and she'll have to deal with it or leave. She's likely to resent you, so ideally she will leave or you'll have to end it anyway. A defense contractor job for great pay can set you up with a solid foundation for the future, but you don't want to be old and regretting that you never found someone you loved as much as her again.
