Would anyone be interested in a Hex clone if I built/deployed it?

It would follow the exact same semantics as Hex, but I would improve it in the following ways:

1. We are all Richard: Where does the Eth go from the adoption amplifier? Well that's simple! We've decentralised Richard, so at the end of the day, the Eth which was given in goes to the stakers.

2. No emergency end stakes!!! I think Hex is a good idea desu, but the lack of significant penalties on your USD value is what prevented this thing from doing a propper 10000x in 6months. I would propose that this new hex should not have any emergency end stake. Once you're locked in you're locked in!

3. Open to any other suggestions and just gauging interest at the moment. Otherwise I'll go back to looking for flash loan opportunities.
