/biz/ shills altcoins during bull runs, and shits on shitcoins when we're near the bottom and whales want people to sell at the bottom. Do your favor and start analyzing the catalog I do. Individual threads mean nothing---analysis of the entire board and threads is the only way to get anything out of /biz/.

What if rather than housing crashing, the prices of houses just keep going up and up forcing people to take out loans to buy houses? Could this happen? How can it be stopped? Can it be stopped, or are we call fucked?

Need some advice here biz. I quit my hardware store job roughly one year ago because of workplace politics and monotony. Was doing really well with crypto at that point and didn't need the money.

I was spending all day in my room trading shitcoins never leaving the house. It was seriously unhealthy. Come fall I got a job working with an old guy on some estate, maintaining the property. Very quiet job, 20-30 hours a week.

That ended at the start of winter. I've had no contact with the outside world in 6 months. Living in my parents house, only leaving to go to the gym or buy groceries.

Applied to several jobs because I've been going mad lately. One was at a 5 star resort just down the street from me. Seasonal job, in charge of shipping/receiving which I'm familiar with.

The resort director emailed me and told me to meet her today. Seemed like I was a shoe in. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes but never went in.

The old guy from the estate job texted me today also and asked if I wanna work spring/summer. It's a decent job and the hours are very flexible. I wanted to take a few trips this summer and that would allow me to do so. Also I would develop a great tan. But it's incredibly socially isolated. I'm out on a field in the middle of nowhere planting flowers and what not with no one to talk to.

The resort job really appealed to me because I imagined I'd make a few friends, or at the least many acquaintances. Lots of hot coworkers and guests I'd be interacting with. Seemed like a fast pace environment and I'd be in charge of a few people, which I excel at. But it's 50 hours a week and probably doesn't allow for time off cause it's a high velocity seasonal job.

Going back to school in the fall so this is only for the next 4 months, but it's eating at me. Did I fuck up? Can I rectify this? Should I?

As for break even, I hit that in about 8 hours. If this thing goes to 19k like the competition and then on to 100k, who cares, you have a lambo. This makes gains quicker with 20% divs Vs the competition with only 5% divs. I got more divs in one day with this than 1 month with the old inferior one.
