Wonder what's going on with the SEC lawsuit? I saw that there's movement in the Tetragon lawsuit (not in a good direction, but movement nonetheless) but haven't heard anything from the SEC lately.

Also: the most interesting thing about the 33 million XRP guy was that he claimed to already be using Polysign, which i thought was noteworthy because they haven't made any public announcements about being open for business. Wonder what else is going on with Polysign- the first thing I thought of was this article from a while ago:

There are multiple bills in Congress dealing with crypto regulation and the OCC releases statements about banking regulation for crypto like every other day. The US government has already fucking ruled, in court, that XRP is a currency. By even the most drool-on-bib slackjaw retarded interpretation of the Howey Test, Ripple is a currency. This lawsuit was a set-up to provide Ripple and the rest of the crypto industry with the regulatory clarity it needs to start taking in trillions and trillions of dollars from institutions and start the monumental task of reshaping the world.
