The SBA is starting to retro crack down on fraud, whether or not its actual fraud or not.
To get your money, you'll have to prove your business existed to the bank, which in turn will have to prove that to the SBA.You must have used that account for at least some business purposes, even if it is a personal checking acct. If you can't prove to their satisfaction, you'll be charged with fraud if its over 10k. If less, you still may have to pay it back if it was spent in any way. If you never got to touch it, consider it lost and you're blackballed from future SBA freebies.
