What if the crash (that will also bring bitcoin sub 10k, perhaps even closer to 3k again) hasn't actually happened yet? I mean, the dow jones going down to like 10-15k (from 37k atm)

Most normies are too worried about retiring despite having a paid off home.

My parents retired as renters and think they'll be able to live off social security.... because they're getting a inheritance of like 800K soon

Why do people buy altcoins that are 1 billion+ dollar market cap?

You can't make anything serious out of those anymore. The people who made the crazy gains from an altcoin that is 1-2 billion market cap bought at like 10-20 million dollar market cap.

So I have a 2023 altcoin that did 10X recently, and its price is "relaxing now", how do I not get scared and sell my stack during this time? Its a new altcoin, PoW L1 AI coin, and the project has very serious long-term goals. Its market cap is still at a point where doing a 50X from here before the next bull-run even starts is very reasonable, so it seems stupid for me to sell now out of fear it goes to 0.

What would you do?

I put $1.9k into it, what I hold is currently now valued at $21.5k. I know its a nice profit for me to take right now, but it would be a shame if I FUDDED myself out of this altcoin now to take 18-19k profit, only to see it actually go up another 20-30X again in 2024....

So I got lucky, put a $2,500 into an alt coin a few months ago, and now the value of what I bought is at $86,000+

The thing is, how do I actually sell this without it losing a ton of its value? Do I have to wait until the bull-run comes back so there's more volume/liquidity in the market? But what if the alt I hold crashes by that time?

Seems like Im stuck here despite being up a shit ton % wise, Im not able to just press "sell" and get the full 86k....

Do I just have to start slowly selling little by little?

I have this odd feeling that im going to make millions of dollars within the next 3 years

I am not sure why I am thinking this, 99.9999% of the time I am a doomer with doomer thoughts, but today for some reason I had this weird premonition of having millions of dollars and even though it was all in my head, it felt very real and and all the fears about never making it vanished

What does this mean?

Why are normies able to have a family, kids, wife/husband etc on normie incomes, and millions of people do this, but there are incels on here with software engineer jobs earning like 4X the normies couple combined income and claiming they dont feel like they will ever make it and refer to their income/investments not being high enough.

Example

>average normie household income like 80k (50k man, 30k woman)
>has house, has kids, goes out
>average incel biz poster (320k)
>cries about not having enough money

The halving is 100% being front-run right now with people expect a minimum price of $40,000 after the next halving event due to most miner costs being about $20,000 right now.

Tech workers being on 150k - 300k incomes never made any sense

The "scaling" argument makes 0 sense because you're not doing 100% of the work for a product that reaches millions, the code you wrote is probably not even 0.0001% of the product

Why?

Because everyone is claiming alts are dead, its over, Bitcoin is all that matters now, Bitcoin ETF, etc etc.

Yeah, this is the biggest buy signal for alts ever

Everyone is so positive and sure of themselves that they're the ones who made it and held through the bear market and that bull run is just around the corner

Meanwhile
>traditional markets peaking 2021 highs and are about to fall off cliff again
>multi-year recession most likely starting in 2024 or 2025
>reserve banks in all western countries are still talking about needing to raise rates more
>savings accounts nearing 0
>credit card debt skyrocketing
>banks making it harder and harder to on-ramp into crypto under the excuse of "scam/fraud"
>people are 1000% sure bitcoin halving will save crypto again
>people are still holding alts/shitcoins in hope to ride off the bitcoin halving bringing money back into the space

Yeah I dont know about this

I am prepared for Bitcoin to not make a new ATH in the next cycle. The question, are you prepared for Bitcoin to not make a new ATH in the next cycle?
