all the cool ladies in this building were old farm ladies who absolutely didn't give a shit about henpecking drama because they had been up since 3am sticking their arm up a cow's ass or whatever.
there was this one big farm-beast of a woman, a truly gentle soul but probably 6'3 and 350-400 lbs, who i saw restrain a Bull Tard in the throes of a meltdown, throwing chairs and reeeeing etc.

I got called in to deal with it because i was working on a tangential job, the other Wine Mom sp.ed teachers were fully backed off and just letting the kid tire himself out. But Bertha was having none of that and did a restraining hold, calmed him right the fuck down. one of the most impressive things i've seen in an educational setting. just put him down like wrangling a calf

that job was fun, too bad it paid like $9/hr
