Sad but thats the world we live in, they have precedent to hold up this case if there is fraud, and they are going to allow it to happen when the biggest banks and asset managers are ready. They are going to pump crypto and dump bags off on crypto participants to raise as much money as they can, same technique they do with the normal market.
