The MA's don't look great on the daily but a bit better on the weekly, being above the 200wma which is turning up after a year of chopping so that's good, might help the triangle break upwards. RSI momentum is down so we'll see if it embeds or bounces out of oversold. Outside week down was the last bar so might still need to test the lower bollinger band on the weekly before going up (if it's going to)

Ultimately for something this small all that is really going to matter is how good the company os, which I've no idea, but not a terrible spot to buy if you have high expectations, though potential for a little more downside first, but again, news will overrule.
