Ok, but why, if they have such damning evidence, did they offer to settle out of court and leave the case in the shadows? Wouldn't they rather prosecute to the fullest extent and make an example of Ripple to send a message? Seems like a bit of theater to me. I've read the lawsuit...seems fueled by emotion. Almost like somebody had a vendetta. Also, why was Jed not named? The ICO and distribution happened under him. He benefits most from price manipulation, and he holds more XRP than any other person.
