I’ve suffered from extreme insomnia starting when I was 27. I’ve been through intensive therapy and am now doing much better, but at my lowest I was sleeping 2-3 hours a night for months on end. It’s no life worth living, anon. The side effects are much more than lacking energy and feeling “sleepy.” You flu-ish pretty much all the time. Your brain just feels “hot,” like it’s in overdrive. I would just sit and stare at the wall, and i would literally break down into tears and sob. Mind you I hadn’t truly cried since I was a child before that. I would just straight up sob. Yea, just imaging feeling physically ill and severely emotion and depressed. These billionaires are either lying about their sleep habits in order to seem more impressive and create myths about their personas, or they’re popping adderall/doing cocaine. After intense therapy, I’m back to 6-7 hours per night and I feel so much better. Sleep is so valuable. It’s so important. Anyone who tells you otherwise is completely full of shit.

I have a basement but I’ve recently noticed that when it rains heavily, some water leaches in a bit through the walls. Does that mean I’m gonna die? If I make it into my comfy basement in time but it rains while waiting out the fallout, radioactive water will leach in through the walls all around me. I just wanna stay safe with my dogs and cats. I live close to DC too. Speaking of which, how large are the blast radiuses? Let’s say I’m roughly 11-12 miles away from the capitol/White House etc. If the nuke detonates right over the the national mall, will I be far enough away to survive the blast?
