ever heard of fake it till you make it? Find something you can tolerate, can be a job, can be a hobby, then create an argument of why you're doing this ie: because it makes me feel proud about doing something useful
Okay that's as good as any, now start doing that repeatedly, but once you hit the wall of "i don't want to do it" just remember that it doesn't matter whether you like it or not, you're doing this because you feel proud
along the way, if youre strong enough to hold the intrusive thoughts (might take a while if you're used to indulging them) you will be able to do anything
Believe me, i used to have to go trough hell to invest because it made me feel bad to invest in me or in anything except for my apartment, now im 7 figs investing into vinu, hopping from good coin to good coin
