Experienced anons are betting on 3x US Index crude oil stocks - Mainly GUSH and UWT. You can get some, but just for some safety and far more stable returns there is XLE, USO, or XOM. I recommend just stock up on 50-50 GUSH/XLE. Other anons will have different opinions but this should get you started at least.

Robinhood is user friendly and available right now to anyone with android/ios. I would recommend Ameritrade buut you have to register your account with the bank to enable that. Or you can enquire with your bank to see what they have for stock trading platform.

Buying stocks is piss easy. Link with bank account, get funds in, select symbol, quantity you want to buy, Market Price option, buy.
