The fact that the board cut the dividend by 66% out of the blue, after three months of continued assurances that they weren't is a bad sign anon. This BOD is not to be trusted doesn't matter how good the promise is off "renewables" are by this company and the conference call wasn't assuring as it seems that the BOD wasn't going to take a cut to their salaries and packages unlike the shareholders.
