This guy's client list includes entire fucking branches of government, and quant is already generating revenue. People will say the quant token isn't needed, but it absolutely will be to pay for licenses (think: office 365/adobe suite) and transfer funds between systems (basically the whole point of their overledger operating systems, providing interoperability between blockchains and offchain systems) among other things.
