>wake up before work starts
>either wake up a few minutes before my alarm or around an hour before, where I tell myself I'll browse the phone in my bed for a few minutes before sleeping again but just browse internet right up to my start time
>go to the other room where my work laptop is
>open up laptop, move mouse so Skype detects me
>think about having coffee and I'm Pavloved enough that that triggers the need to shit
>shit, make coffee, start working around 10 minutes after I opened my laptop
>start answering emails
>have Zoom meetings
>too ugly to turn my camera on
>do some work
>have more meetings
>go for lunch
>tired after lunch
>work is a mixture of bureaucracy, meetings, and meetings
>manager is a lower-middle aged woman that tells me not to work too much
>i'm a charismaless meek ugly beta and everybody knows it
>by the end of the work day the daylight has gone
>finish work
>feel sad at the end of the workday because of something very sad in my personal life (not relationship stuff (lmao0friends and everythingless) or money worries)
>go out in the car, driving around in the rain and dark, get a coffee, turn the heater up, drive around a bit and then park and browse internet on my phone (4chan, reddit, alt right twitter)
>go to a shiny supermarket and buy supermarket sandwiches and maybe junk food
>remember doing similar things 4 years ago, but not working in a high status job; back then I had the glamour of my 20s, but I'm a 30 year old boomer now so aimless wandering feels even more pathetic
>go back home
>either browse internet or play vidya or read book
>usually go to gym at night but the past few days have involved me lying in bed, feeling tired, telling myself I'll rest and then go to the gym but never regaining my energy (that's unusual)
>finish gym quite late, get home, get ready for bed, usually browse internet or read (usually the first) until past the best time for sleep
>sleep
>tell myself I'll do something productive in my free time tomorrow
