What is a landlord's value to society?

Landlords essentially use the BTC strategy, just HODL, but instead of a meme coin they are hoarding a real thing that society depends upon.

Prices keep rising and eventually normies will be unable to live. Why is this bubble allowed?

People who build housing are ok, they can sell as expensive as they want, they have actually contributed something of value. But some boomer who bought cheap and sells high is worthless as a person? let alone some waste of oxygen that didn't even buy, but inherited a property

Is buying a house and have a property management rent out the house for you worth it? I'm thinking about buying a house and renting it out, but not sure if it is worth it or not to have a property management company handle it.
