For now, I would just focus on the things that you can control like your daily habits, the things that are more dependent on other people (girls/friends/parents) will come with time.

I'm sure you have at least a few vices (drugs/fapping/porn/vidya/slothfulness/etc) you definitely know deep down are making you less happy. Focus on quitting these habits one at a time until you start to feel better. As you gain momentum doing these things start adding good things like exercise/socializing/reading etc until you're where you want to be. Sidenote that you probably should at least try to get some small job to earn a little income and it will ensure you get out of bed. Invest the income into yourself whether it's good food/books/gym membership/crypto or whatever.

But definitely start by CUTTING OUT the things you know are bad for you. The rest will start to sort itself out in time.

Okay buddy, here’s what I want you to do:

1. Follow pic related. I want you disconnect yourself from all forms of mental stimulation. That means no internet, television, social media, porn, masturbating, music, everything. Anything that stimulates your brain must go. Your new life will consist of reading, exercising, and meditating. Do it for 7 days, and whenever you need to.

>the point of this is to make your mind crave stimulation. It’s is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you avoid day dreaming, dialogue in your head, etc. keep your mind as clear as possible as much as possible

2. Stop masturbating. It is killing your masculinity, and ruining your life. I don’t mean for a week, I mean forever. You can start with small streaks, but build it up. Your ultimate goal should be to never have a self-induced orgasm again.

3. After a long enough time of starving you’d mind of stimulation, nofap/no porn, and you start going a little nuts, I want you to practice making conversations with random men. Keep working up until you can have a convo with ugly chicks. Then keep pushing. Socializing is all about practice. It’s like a muscle, the more you work it, the bigger it gets. Another great way to do this is to travel alone and stay in hostels. The crippling loneliness will have you making friends real quick.

I want to make it clear this won’t be easy, but you can do it. I know you can. Remember: no fap, no porn, eliminate brain stimulation, and practice socializing
