don't give up, as a man you can never give up on yourself. life will kill you eventually as it is, it'll kill all of us. this is what life is, this. a struggle, a constant battle. yes, it's tough, but that's what earns you respect of your fellow men. this. just one day at a time. don't set up super far reaching goals, you gotta split it into smaller parts that are achievable. you can't just set a goal "BE A CHAD", this will only make you depressed. your first goal could be take a walk twice a day morning/evening, no music, no noise, just you and nature. then you might do c25k, then you will figure it out on the go, life will show you the way, it just does.
