There's your problem. While there are few industries that it can outright 100% replace: Cashier Registry Operators (Look at SOUN's website), concept artists (MidJourney), voice acting (ElevenLabs), by and large AI is an extra arm, not an extra head, and that spells 5~15% productivity for any company, meaning that's going to boost existing employees (not fire them) and considering it's relatively cheap to rent, AI is highly attractive to businesses.
