I agree in a way. Cutting the div almost always causes the price to tank initially but then recover faster maybe 6 months later. I also believe that Transportation costs will reduce over the next few years in general for food stocks

the main reasons Im not buying is because Im unimpressed with their acquisitions, I already own a lot of shares, so Id rather take the opportunity to buy IFF or Campbells or whatever suffered from this out of fear. But yes, it is a buy technically
