Delta really depends. After a rise in prices I sell ATM. After a drop I go ITM with my puts and sell like 5% upside at like 30DTE.

I rarely need to do stuff. Every two/three/four weeks I adjust and roll over a month or so.
I only trade good stocks like BABA, MA, MSFT, FB, etc. so there rarely is a huge pump or dump. Sometimes I don't open my broker for a week.

Some other strategies might be more profitable but this is comfortable for me and really low stress.
