Whats the highest premiums you'd pay for gold jewelry? I need some bling for street cred.

The pawnshop has 22ct rings here that are second hand, I am gonna offer him 10% over spot pure cash so he can tax evade (plus he prolly bought it for a criminally low price to begin with).
